On the dumaine elevation of the main building: replace cracked or broken bricks to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure repoint approximately 25% of the wall utilizing mortar mixed per the vcc standard detail sheet (attached) failure to exactly match materials, paint color, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
