On the dumaine elevation of the main building: replace cracked or broken bricks to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure repoint approximately 25% of the wall utilizing mortar mixed per the vcc standard detail sheet (attached) failure to exactly match materials, paint color, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. All mortar to be mixed using the vcc recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. On the rear wall:remove unsound stucco from masonry wall and apply new stucco per the vcc standard detail sheet (attached)
