Permit for the re-facing of a portion of the sign cabinet in two (2) existing free-standing double-faced signs to an illuminated price panel (led;non-flashing, non-intermittent); no change in sign heights. For the legalization of two (2) double-faced, non-illuminated free-standing signs (sign "d", non-revolving; light post mounted) signs, three (3) double-faced, non-illuminated free-standing signs (sign "e", non-revolving) and (1) illuminated (sign "k", non-flashing; non-intermittent, "atm") window sign. Signs accessory to an existing gasoline service station with retail convenience store and existing accessory signage as previously approved. Sizes and locations as shown in application/plan.

Re-facing exisitng free-standing sign and legalize signage

Removal of existing price panel and installation of led price panel sign cabinet on portion of an existing free-standing sign; removal of existing price panel cabinet and installation of led price panel on existing light post per engineers plans. For documentation of building permit not required to replace "diesel" face with "official fuel of nascar" face in existing frame. Separate electrical permit required.

Removal of the existing fuel dispenserss, dispenser sumps, and concrete island (5 locations) installation of new dispensers, sumps amd island at the same locations as the existing, replacement of submersible pumps within the ultra, regular, and diesel understand storage tanks, and tank top upgrade to the deisel tank.
