Changer front step and intall granite at existing plat form

Work on unit 2. Replace kitchen cabinets replace ceramic floor tile. Install hardwire smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Replace 2 baseboards. Reface bathroom new ceramic tile on walls and floor replace tub only. Repair/replace old existing illegal rear stairs and build it up to code. Patch holes from electrical work sand the areas primer and matching paint. Sand and refinish hardwood floor with 2 coats of polyurethane. Remove and dispose of all construction materials and debris.
