All work as per plans submitted 04/11/16, approved by the preservation resource center (exterior easement), and stamped vcc approved 04/26/16. Work includes but is not limited to the following: remove existing imitation slate roofing material repair and/or replace underlayment as necessary install new natural slate (grey/green), using copper nails install/repair half round copper gutters and flashing at rear of building only install/reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles. Replace broken tiles as needed, to match existing. Remove one existing galvanized chimney cap and install mortar cap on top of all existing chimneys remove existing wood ac platform and install new steel platform in same location and with same dimensions metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surroundi
