Fabricate and install curved iron security grile at top of existing seven-board fence at the left side of the st. Philip st. Facade. Grille will measure 3 high by 116" long, with alternating height, curved/hooked-top pickets. Design and instation will all be per application and drawings received 3/18/13, and stamped vcc approved on 4/10/13. Iron grille will be painted

All work on the st. Philip elevation of main building: remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Secure balcony handrail. Note: if any additional structure necessary a separate permit will be requiredto prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork repairs as necessary to match existing conditions and to paint as follows to match existing conditions: balcony decking... Slate grey, semiglossfailure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a vcc violation and mandated repainting. This permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings paints, elastomeric coatings paints, waterproofing water repellent coatings. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and expo
