Work to be completed per materials stamped vcc approved 08/18/15, as follows:clean building with low pressure water (no greater than 4 psi), scrub as needed with soft bristle brushes,sand plaster by hand, remove loose plaster, apply vcc approved stucco formula, install finish coat and rub out to match existing,brush apply two (2) coats of masterseal 581 on wall with soft bristle brush,cut out caulking around windows, install backing rods, install 1 part urethane caulking,lightly sand all wood on windows, re-glaze as needed,sand, prime and paint all woodwork with sherwin williams primer and semigloss paint, to match existing,sand steel, apply chemprime rust converter and inhibitor to existing rust, as needed,apply sherwin williams kem kromick and sherwin williams dtm acrylic black semigloss on all metal railings, posts and supports,remove shutters; sand, prime and paint to match existing, replace irreparable deteriorated shutters as needed to match existing,install plaster caps to match
