Elizabeth h. Bryan is subitting a zoning application for the home of martha wheeler which she is in the process of buying. She has spoken with stuart rohrbaugh concerning the issues. : bld; zoning was disapproved as proposed addition encroaches within minimum required setback. Applicant filed for and received boa variance. See revised swr june 27, 2006 1:24:54 pm stuartr ; application was originally submitted on august 29. It was accepted by scc and there was no address for project, no mention of zoning submittal with existing permit # and nothing on the back was filled out showing work cost or contractor information. I called the applicant and had her come in to fill in the blanks. August 31, 2006 3:05:56 pm bdavis elizabeth brown submittal to create a foundation for a deck addition or possible kitchen addition.
