Upgrade (5) 7x14 decks by replacing rotten wood and increasing height of handrails to 42"; replace exisiting service with 6 gang 100amp meter base with disconnects/ replace existing service entrance cables from meter bank to breaker panels/ replace fuse box for unit and panel for house
