Lcs; recd amendment to add electrical work for bathroom exhaust fan. Pmd; spoke with ms. Henning earlier and explained that we needed clarification regarding the type of licensing involved, needed a copy of the dfs inspection results and checklist. I faxed her a copy of the dfs letter of january 7 which limits our role in the process and let her know that in most cases we would only be inspecting corrections required by dfs . I let her know that if corrections were required details would need to be provided to us for review prior to the release of permits.; building safety comments see review comments sheet. Corrections to door, gfcis, and bathroom fan per dfs survey dated 12/7/2004. Also inspections to verify that section 421. 2 of the nc state building code is met.
