Clc; zoning permit hereby issued based on applicant submitted hand drawn site plan is supposedly representative of the existing structure (and the proposed addition) and the property boundary lines. Recommend applicant consider referring to a survey as buncombe county tax assessor / land records gis aerial photo parcel layer shows existing rear right portion of home is six feet (6) from property boundary. Side yard minimum requires at least ten feet (10).
