Applicants went well above specifications on permit, such as building walls for closets, building a w/d closet, adding outside doors, etc. Maro advised them to come in and amend the permit. They intimated that the deck was pre-existing but gis shows only a small deck on one side. The lot was subdivided and leaves very little behind the deck for setback. Therefore i am sending this to stuart to make a call on deck placement. They said that they believe the deck to be "grandfathered", however they tore the entire deck down because it was unsafe so they have nothing to show that it was there.;
