Applicants went well above specifications on permit, such as building walls for closets, building a w/d closet, adding outside doors, etc. Maro advised them to come in and amend the permit. They intimated that the deck was pre-existing but gis shows only a small deck on one side. The lot was subdivided and leaves very little behind the deck for setback. Therefore i am sending this to stuart to make a call on deck placement.
