Construction of new partitions throughout to create three (3) dwelling units. Work to also include rated exit enclosures, self-closing fire doors, sound insulation and rating of assemblies for unit separations, new roof covering, finishes and first floor rear exterior wall infill. Certificate of occupancy included; building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for fire suppression, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
