Stand alone grading sfb; property located in rs-4 residential single-family medium density district. Property is considered a through lot in both the front and rear have road frontage. Cogswood rd is a winding steep road with sharp switchbacks. Applicants submitted site plan shows re-construction of home, as well as garage extension, will meet the required district setbacks. Front and rear yard minimum setback in the rs-4 is twenty-five feet (25), measured from the edge of rights-of-way.
