Zoning remains on hold. Need to figure out who should be reviewing and approving zoning tracking steps in hte so engineering might be able to approve a grading permit on these proposed access roads for minor subdivisions. Swr december 4, 2007 4:30:57 pm stuartr ; zoning disapproved. Nothing submitted shows anytype of scope of work. Sent incomplete application and copy of survey to ashleigh shuford for her records as sounds like ashleigh will likely be the land planner that will be reviewing this proposed new alternative access subdivision road for zoning review purposes once the property owner can submit a complete application.
