Renovation of the old fed-ex warehouse at the salt lake city international airport. The new operations center will consolidate the police, administration, operations, vehicle maintenance, data, and badging department into this facility. The existing masonry roof structure will remain while the entire interior will be transitioned from a warehouse to an office (separated mixed-use) occupancy. This project will be seeking leed silver certification.

The "old" conference room will be converted into a new office. There is the necessity to move one short wall 2 to a new location. This is city owned property and the application is being submitted by a salt lake city department of airports employee.

Re-roof of concourse a, the c-d connector and the boiler plant building. As per slc dept of airport specification. Remove existing membrane roofing. Install new roofing insulation cover board, install new single-ply roofing membrane.

Minor electrical modifications. Move two outlets for coolers, add spot lights
