Remove and replace the left porch foundation; remove and replace a triple floor joist.

Existing occupied three dwelling units multi-family residential structure. Work to be performed is repair drywall where wood paneling will be removed, replace water damaged sheetrock, refinish existing flooring, repair baseboards and lower cabinets, paint sheetrock, add gfci outlets, and install new plumbing fixtures as shown on floor plan. 1 hour fire-resistance wall separations shall be installed between each unit. A 1 hour fire-resistance floor ceiling assembly shall be installed in unit #3.
