Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposureinstall 4 new nicor lighting 11512 50w white cylindrical adjustable bullet light fixtures. One over each door on the conti elevation and two illuminating the business sign. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Note: needs to be inspected from gallery decking not just viewed from street before closeout.
