On 12/24/2015, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #578053.

Permit for a eat-in restaurant with minimum thirty (30) seats, food service on non-disposable ware, interior accessory storage less than 25%, trash, and garage disposal in kitchen, with dancing patrons, and with live entertainment of guest. Dj, live music and performances ( no activity under section 14-1605) on first floor and basement and above second and third floor architect/professional office as previously approved on the same existing structure. No change in area or height. No sign on this application

Amend permit number 560749 to include installation of solar panels on roof. Solar panels not to be visible from street (no higher than parpets)

Deck to be set back 5 ft (min) from front of building.
