Reconstruct an historic building that collapsed due to poor construction techniques. Work includes reconstruction of an existing double and the addition of two new single story units. A second structure will be added to accommodate a second floor loft.

Construct two new structures per materials approved by commission on 12 02 15, architecture committee on 10 11 16, and stamped vcc approved 01 13 17, including:construct front, st. Philip-side building to match width and height of previously existing single-story historic structure, tying in to remaining portion of existing building as indicated. Building to have slate shed roof with copper flashing, stuccoed masonry walls (using vcc mortar and stucco formulas, attached), five door openings and three six-over-six double hung windows, to measure 64-2" long. Construct one-and-a-half story middle building as indicated, with slate shed roof with copper flashing, stuccoed masonry walls, and four door openings with three eyebrow window openings above. All millwork and mechanical to be permitted separately upon receipt of millwork drawings and hvac spec sheets and mounting details.
