On brown-rated rear structure, per materials stamped vcc approved 10 18 16, as follows:remove existing galvanized standing seam roof, remove replace deteriorated decking,install densdeck primed roof boardinstall ml durolast pvc core product in dark greyremove replace existing galvanized gutters as needednote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr.

On green-rated main structure, per materials stamped vcc approved 10 18 16, as follows:remove existing standing seam metal roofing material repair and or replace underlayment as necessaryinstall new natural slate (grey green), using copper nailsinstall new copper box valley, step flashing and counterflashinginstall reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles. Replace broken tiles as needed, to match existing. Remove existing roof, inspect decking, replace as needed, supply and install mil durolast pvc core product.

Replacing one box valley behind the front parapet wall. Removing from very front roof that has existing gavalume standing seam and installing a new galvanized standing seam and counter flashings along parapet walls. Removing the very rear roof, which currently is a low pitched standing seam on top of a flat roof and replacing it with gray tpo flat roof membrane.
