Install brick veneer to the entire front of a sfd on existing footing. No change in the size, height or location of door windows. Install brick ties every 24" vertical and 36" horizontal and physical tie in every four foot vertical. Flashing, caulking and energy requirements as per irc 2006. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.

Remove and replace non load bearing partitions with framing as needed throughout to create new bedrooms bath, ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile, carpets, moulding, interior doors. Separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
