For the erection of footing and foundation only for an attached structure as per plan for a single family dwelling. No underpinning of foundation included in this permit application.

Co and use registration req for 1st floor basement. A licensed contractor is required for all construction work.

Asbestos abatement required a covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 7 feet of building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building and or streets department permits are required. Section a-303. 2 waived due to zba approval of zoning under ap#642785. Special inspections required due to occupied buildings w in safety zone permit received from downstairs

New construction of a three story with cellar, front garage parking (existing curb cut) and pilot house to roof deck for single family. No demolion permitted this permit - separate demolition is permit required underpinning to be inspected by registered engineer as per special inspections. Must perform in safe manner and protect adjacent structure from any movements. Additonal permits required: electrical, plumbing, hvac,sprinklers.

Amend permit number 3572 to reflect the removal of one accessible bathroom to create a pantry as per the sealed submitted plan. Call the inspector to schedule an inspection.
