Self-cert : selective interior demolition of all lathe and plaster on existing walls, ceilings, soffits and shafts. Removal of all cabinets, doors, casing, trim, and case goods. Removal of all plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and radiant heating units. Removal of all existing finish floor materials including wood, wood parque, vinyl and tile. Items to remain; all in-wall plumbing supply waste and vent pipe, all in-wall rmt emt conduit, exterior windows and frames, exterior doors and frames, interior stair framing, balusters and newel posts. Project is a self-cert permitted project. Conditional permit subject to field inspection.
