Ssb.; framing plans submitted 6/9/03:; 1/8/04 9:03:58 am activate pl via fax byg; 2/9/05 2:26:03 pm; residential addition and remodel. Issued by ssb.; setbacks along street right of ways must be measured from the street right of way line or the street, whichever is closest to the property. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc.; 1/25/03: no structural drawings were submitted. Unsealed architectural drawings turned into permit center. No clear identity of who drew the plans. These may be just preliminary drawings, but definitely not sufficient for construction plans. Ess plans returned to permit center with cover letter.; sealed architectural plans were provided by john rutland. However, as in the original submittal, the plans provide little or no structur
