Remove impermissible, unshielded light fixtures installed under the gallery. Install four (4) white progress lighting p5774 series cylinder lights. Centered between each post and along the sidewalk. Remove unused wiring. Organize, straighten, tighten, and paint remaining wiring to match the adjacent surface. Bounded wires will be placed in a conduit and painted to match the adjacent surface. Paint the first floor bourbon facade, trim and shutters:walls, medium gray-blue, meditative, sw 6227, flat or eggshell finishtrim, including doors, windows and frames, soffit and fascia of front gallery, white or off-white, semiglossshutters, dark grey-blue, rainstorm, sw 6230, semigloss

To install one (1) double-faced neon sign to read "holy smoke t-shirts cigars vapes" per drawings submitted on 02 16 17 & stamped vcc approved 02 16 17sign will measure: 3-8" x 2-6" x 12" thicknesssign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the doorsign will hang from existing chains & eye hookssign will have a ble and black background with blue, white and yellow letteringno additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
