Im keeping this permit as is on 704 only because 706 has a open permit for a 2008 demo (08-00541). I remember fall 2012 asheville adventure may have placed a detached accessory building without the benefit of a permit. It was an estimated size of 12 x 16 store bought canopy. White in color. Had wood frame reinforcements with wood flooring. It was placed behind the 704 building on other side of railroad track closer to parcel address 706 and close to where this permit maybe applying for.
