Horizantal reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit. Contact district inspector for initial inspection at least 24 hours prior to starting work. Remove and replace front wall
