Called applicant left vm explaining i could not find in scope of work, or any of the hte records that the existing home had a demo permit. Land records property card shows parcel vacant january 2003 for assessment purposes. Maybe previous owner had removed previous home without permits ??? Zoning permit site plan approved for new single family modular home.
