Rswo, mother of tenant, underground oil tank, may have leak in tank, water getting into tank, copper piping running on top of ground from tank to house, hot water gas unit also has leaking issues. Pjk; february 13, 2013 2:36:15 pm pamk. Complaint inspection made at this address revealed several violations of the housing and building codes. They are as follows: (1) oil tank needs to have oil lines run from tank to house other than through fill tube. (2) fill tube and vent cap need to be repaired to keep water from entering oil tank. (3) requesting that a pressure test be performed on tank after corrections made to determine that tank is not leaking. (4) dryer vent is only run to crawl space and not to outside of house, needs to be corrected.
