A passive recreational uses related to residential development are a permitted use inside this district. Contractor picks up the approved plan from the development services center. 2. Approved plan is posted at the construction site. 3. Preliminary grading and erosion control inspection has been held, and the erosion control devices have been accepted as installed properly.
