Replacement of (7) frozen food cases to existing hub drains

Alterations to existing hvac system to include new grds, destratification fans, new rtu, new heat pump split system, new exhaust fan and make up air fan to include incidental structural work to support rtu as per approved plans.

Provide wiring to 2 exh hoods, 1 rotisserie, 1 pressure fryer, (east dist)

Retrofit new slip sheet and new . 0 tpo membrane (new metal).

Replace existing lighting fixtures with new ones,remove and remount existing speakers in same locations,all due to removal of existing suspended ceiling as per 2008 nec (east district) remove and remount fire alarm devices in same location.

Relocate 205 pendent sprinklers to upright sprinklers

21,369 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for renovation. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Call inspector prior for initial inspection prior to the start of work.

Interior demolition previously approved on permit # 580183; extend metal studs and drywall through to existing roof decking at building perimeter, install new curtain walls at seafood and checkout areas, installation of new acoustical ceiling at appy prep food area, all work per plans and supplementary details. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.
