Replace porch roof over main entrance door and stairs. The roof will be approx. 8 wide and extend 4 out over the steps. Two posts will extend down onto the sides of the existing concrete stairs and rest on existing footings. New railings will be installed on other side of the stairs and tie into the house on the top. All framing will be standard kd lumber. The posts will be pressure treated or structural vinyl.
