Build new stairs to attic space according to plans. Update all electrical;&; new baseboard heaters. A partition wall and new door to 2nd floor bedroom to create room for the new stairs. Spray foam insulate closed cell on the entire roof and end bays. New blue board will be installed. New oak hardwoods installed. New vinyl windows on either end of the attic. Dispose of all construction debris in a dumpster in the owners driveway. Extend living space into basement for office.

Wire a bathroom on the 2nd floor. Wire the attic area and install 4 recessed lights and outlets to code

We will gut the second floor full bathroom to the studs. Update the plumbing electrical and insulation to current code. We will install new blue board fixtures tile and paint. We will remove all construction debris via dumpster in the owners driveway.
