Retsore masony wall with masonry, replace roof rafters, 1 2 cdx sheathing and roof covering to resort roof to a weather tight condition. Remove and replace floor joist and 3 4 t&g plywood at 2nd floor rear. Maitain propoerty from trespass by sealing windows and doors or replace as needed. Rebuild rear masonry wall with cmu or brick only. Confirmation of existing foudation to be inspected prior to start of masonry work. No change in height or area. Repair roof as necessary. No other work this permit. Separate permits required for renovation.
