Raise and convert existing garage into livable area(bedroom) as per drawing. Work to include: demolition of ceiling in garage and exposure of walls, framing of new subfloor, ceiling and closet raising to match height of house and creation of crawl space under new bedroom, relocate french doors to new elevation, install new recessed lighting, smoke detector, fan, and two windows into new bedroom, and remove 2 existing doors into garage and fill with brick to match exterior of house.
