Interior exterior alterations to include screen door replacement, patch porch ceiling, replace (4)broken storm windows, put fence back up (provided the existing fence had zoning approvals), replace ceiling tiles, replace two inside closet doors, patch front and rear porch roofs and replace flashing. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior exterior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
