Replace & install new 100amps service & 100amps panel as per nec 2008 (sfd)

Reroof main and sub roofs. Replace old defective wood windows with new vinly windows keeping openings same size. Remove all exterior rotten wood, prime and paint. Point exterior missionary brick wall where needed replace all rotten wood around porch with like in kind. Remodel kitchen and bathrooms. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector to schedule an intial ispection prior to the start of work.
