Rehab see report in file; building review comments residential rehabilitation per work write-up dated 3/7/00. Itemns #4 & #5 have been deleted from the report. Item #33 storage occupancy not permitted in basement of the duplex. To create storage occupancy, a 2-hr fire separation needs to be provided. The permit will need to be amended or a separate permit obtained to provide for the 2-hr fire resistant minimum fire separation to include the 2-hr design for any penetrations of the fire-resistant assembly.
