For a vacant commercial space on 1st floor front and proposed five (5) family dwelling (1st floor rear to 3rd floor) in an attached structure (size and location as shown on the application plan).

Properties affected by underpinning must be informed at least days prior to underpinning for the erection of an attached structure for use as vacant commercial space (use registration & co required prior to occupancy) on the first floor, with multi-family household living (three (3) dwelling units) above as per plans; separate permits required for any and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work; building to be sprinklered throughout with nfpa 13.

For the erection of an attached structure ( nte 38 high); bay at 2nd and 3rd floors for a sit-down restaurant from cellar thru second floor partial in the same building with multifamily household living ( three(3) dwelling units ) fron second floor partial thru third floors. Size and location as shown in the application.
