Install 26 solar panels on existing roof

Installation of 7. 8kw solar panel system on non-visible roof.

To prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft with portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows per attached chips:shutters... Exterior repairs: remove wood siding, install new fiber cement siding; install 6" seamless aluminum half-round gutters with 4" round aluminum downspouts and elbows.

Removal of exterior paint providing containment by using an approved hepa vacuum system.

To install a series of twenty three (23) solar panels with fourteen (14) panels located on the middle roof portion of the chartres elevation and nine (9) panels located on the rear roof portion of the chartres elevation. All work as per architectural committee approval of 03 28 17, commission approval of 04 05 17, and final materials stamped vcc approved 05 03 17. Note: all flashing and any other metal parts in contact with slate roof to be made from copper or stainless steel.
