Gsi plans to drill 6 soil test borings for infiltration purposes with a hollow-stem auger equipped with a split spoon sampler for the spt n-value tests down to a maximum depth of 15 to feet below existing grades. All borings will be drilled to the maximum depth or auger refusal whichever occurs first. The boreholes dimension will be 3. 25 inches and shall be grouted upon completion. See attached work plan.

1. Interior floor coverings: remove and discard all damaged carpet, wood floor coverings and tiles 2. Interior wall coverings, ceiling coverings ? Trims - remove and discard all damaged drywall, damaged ceiling tiles, damaged wood trims and other damaged finish carpentry and other non-structural interior fixtures, such as cabinets and vanities 3. Roof and siding: none 4. Doors: remove and discard all interior doors and door frames, secure all entry doors 5. Windows: remove and discard all damaged windows and secure building against vandalism and natural elements in a manner that will not trigger blighted status, while conforming to dc building codes 6. General fixtures ? Equipment - remove and discard all damaged equipment and fixtures 7. Mechanical and electrical fixtures ? Equipment: remove and discard all damaged mechanical and electrical equipment and fixtures.
