For a tenant fit-out to business & professional offices in suite 1a of an existing structure. Work to include new interior non-bearing partitions, employee and customer areas, and common area wall infill. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Install new sprinkler system, fdc and service as per nfpa13 and local codes. New 4" fire service and pwd approved backflow assembly for commercial spaces. Co and use permits are required prior to occupancy.

Relocation of 43 sprinkler heads on 1st fl (commercial)

For the installation of two (2) channel leter signs and for the installation of 4 awnings (projection). Installation shall comply with the aproved plans. Fasteners shall compy with industry standards for substrate wall types and proposer support of the signs.
