Erection of 13-6" x 12 rear deck on existing single family dwelling

Pressur treated wood 13-6" wide, 12long in rear of house above driveway with high railings. Deck post on top of existing concrete. Remove twin windows lower brick wall and replace with a 60"x8" patio slider door full view glass and screen. Adjust storm drain pipe through deck structure remove wall below window to make opening for a door ez permit decks- for new decks accessory to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
