Install waste, vent, cold and hot water for new sink. Install new domestic water heater with storage tank and expansion table.

Installing an automatic clean agent fire suppression system for it room.

Control wiring from honeywell control panel to 2 split system ac units including condensate pumps, t-stats, status, temp, discharge alarm and remote alarm contact as per 2008 nec (north district)

Renovations to high school including new kithen area(martin luther king hs)

New lighting,panelborard,switches,receptacles,data communnication,mechanical connections,ansul system connections,demolition,sound,interactive while board connections per 2008 nec & nfpa 72 (school)

Install 6 rooftop units, make up air unit and exhuast fans for a new teaching kitchen. Renovate 5 classrooms as per plans.

Install one (1) ansul r-102 7. 5-gallon wet chemical commercial kitchen fire suppression system in conformance with nfpa 2002, standard 17a.

Relocate 3 sprinklers in room 300g

Install one 9 kitchen hood and one 16 kitchen hood with two exhaust outlets as per approved plans. See app# 499193 for kitchen hood fire suppression permit.

Furnish and install two ceiling suspended, electrically operated pull up gym divider curtains per plans

Mlk high school "green stormwater infrastructure project" - aka 2832-1 e haines & stenton ave - storm sitework to include storm management, (1)12" lateral and (2)15" lateral connections per the approved plans and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - "self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations and plumbing trenches in excess of 5 feet in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection"

Remove and replace fire alarm system through out building as per nfpa72 (north district)

Installation of 58 surveillance cameras,average 3 run of cat#6 cable to each camera. Per 2008 nec (north district)
