Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposureto prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows to match existing conditions: wooden elements including fascia/soffit/outriggers of gallery... Remove and repair dormer sash to match existing. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.

Remove delaminated stucco on chartres elevation of blue-rated building to allow for inspection of underlying brick conditions, as indicated per attached materials stamped vcc approved 11 08 17. Stucco must be carefully removed by hand with no use of power tools. If stucco is not removed easily it must remain in place. Prior to further work: contact vcc staff for inspection of underlying brick. Any new stucco application prior to vcc inspection will result in a stop work order and mandated repair of improper work revised: repoint masonry as needed using vcc mortar formula (attached). Do not overfill mortar joints, in preparation to receive new stucco. All reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using vcc mortar formula (attached). Cracked or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure. Install new vcc formula stucco (attached). Stucco hair and or fiber must be a natural material

Repair exterior plaster, wood windows, shutters and balconies.

Dormer sash replacement as per vcc approval.
