Modular construction validation stamp from the n. C. Dept. Of insurance, engineering division shall be affixed to modular dwelling. Swr august 17, 2007 8:49:18 am stuartr this lot is surrounded on three sides by public right-of-way. Applicant supplied site plan did not show right-of-way location. A home of this size, the minimum off-street parking requirements and a septic system and repair area do not appear to be able to fit on this size parcel. However, applicant hand drawn plan shows proposal will meet minimum zoning requirements.
