1.) remove the existing outlets in the kitchen area and washroom in each of the apartments and install gfci outlets on the existing circuits. 2.) remove the existing outlets in the laundry room and install gfci outlets on the existing circuits. 3.) remove the existing non battery back up exit signs and install battery back up exit stair signs on the existing circuits. 4.) refeed the existing emergancy lights on the existing circuits as needed to install replacment exit signs. 5.) install additional
