The permit is for work in public space for the installation of two (2) lead walks with steps to connect the proposed houses to existing sidewalk along eads st. Ne and the installation of driveway access for car garages along the public alley.

Comment response: a complete "master plumber form" will be submitted at dcra permit office at the time of building permit application. Comments are addressed as follows: 1- distance from curb to water & sewer mains are now shown on the plans. 2- signed plumber certificate will be submitted to permit office (dcra) at time we obtain building permit.
