Tenat was to bring it up to code prior to moving in. Owner posted eviction notice on door on 1/16/13. Tenants still living in there. The have 2 dogs - possible pitbulls. I went by and spoke to the tenant and he told me that the landlord has sold the house and that is the reason she wants them out. She said she sold the house and the new people want them out . She also has not done a formal eviction notice just something printed out. I did not see the notice only hearsay. The tenat did confirm no running water.
