The existing offices and storage space will be reconfigured into a single open office with a modular wall system. Lighting, power data, and hvac will be modified as needed to serve the new layout. No plumbing or refrigeration work will be performed.

Self-certification: u of c - interior renovation of approximately 4,660 sf of lab and office space on the fourth floor of the searle building. Project consists of furniture, lab equipment, and minor finishes work in existing rooms. Conditional permit subject to field inspection.
